Try it in a different card reader and/or on a different PC.
If it's unreadable on any PC or in any card-reader, there is nothing you can do. The card's memory chips are corrupted. This is not fixable.
The first requirement for any recovery software to work is that the card must be readable, otherwise there's no hope.
