Is this enough wattage to power my system?

Question is can a XFX CORE EDITION 450W enough to power my system?

Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
Processor: Amd fx8320 black edition 8 core
Ram: g-skill 8gb ripjaws x ddr3 2133mhz dual kit - red
Hard drive: wd 750gb blue internal hard drive
Graphics card: Asus gtx 660
Optical drive: Asus DVD-rw 24x
Case: avp defender 200 k1

Probably, but you are almost pushing it. Don't overclock components too far. Otherwise, that is a great PSU that will be able to handle it.

No overclocking at all no room for it in the power dept. of that PSU.

You should get the XFX 550W , BUT THE 450W should power it.

Get the extra power to keep your system stable.

would work, but it's really on the edge.. that cpu takes alot of power

I was originally going to purchase the XFX 550W 80+ so I guess I'll stick to that?
