So i didnt upgrade my 5 years old pc. and i have finally decided to change up few components. i have shortlisted few things. i want to know are they compatible with each other?????

Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard
Intel 3.3 GHz LGA 1155 Core i3 2120 Processor
2X Transcend 4GB DDR3 RAM
Corsair VS 550 SMPS
Sapphire AMD/ATI HD7770 1GB DDR5 or Asus NVIDIA GT640

and i will be using all these components with my cooler master elite 410..... and can i play battlefield 4 or cod ghosts at ultra settings?

thanks

Nice configuration. But for play in ultra setting u shouldbuy nvidia 750 card or if u need more ultra play then u should buy 750 ti, its latest and better, but for your 640, u can play ghost at medium setting. And if you buy 750 then u need to 600 supply too.

No you will not be able to play those two games at ultra settings. However the components can certainly work together...your motherboard supports 2nd/3rd gen intel processors (sandy/ivy bridge)

Yes, they're indeed compatible.

I'm sorry, but no. Especially in multiplayer even at low settings the games might lag occasionally. You need a bigger CPU and GPU - at least a Core i5 and an AMD 7850/GTX 660 for 720p and a Core i5 and an AMD 7870/GTX 760 for 1080p.

I forget to check 750, it hase latest power saving technology so it can run in low suppy, but I have 660 and its require 500 to 600 for better. Lol

That's a bit of overkill. I use a i3 2100 and it goes fine even on multiplayer on BF4 and COD Ghost. I admit i do have a better card than a GT 640 (mine is ASUS ARES, the first one with HD 5870) but i don't see any glitch with my cpu that's worse than his
