A problem with a Thermaltake Chaser A31 case

1 of the front 3.0 usb ports doesnt work on my 2 week old Chaser A31 case so Thermaltake has offered to send me a new board that should fix it.The mobo is a MSI Z97 gaming 5 and Video card is MSI N750 TI,Intel i5 4670K.There are a couple of things I dont like about this case but my questions:should I keep the case,send it back for a refund and get a case that looks like a good deal which is a Rosewill Challenger 2.0 and save some money?The mobo has 6 3.0 ports on the back and I have a 3.0 usb hub with a long cable that can be used.
Thank you for any thoughts you can share with me.

Thanks again and that should cover it.The computer works very good with no glitches getting it going.It also has a raidmax 635 W PSU,HyperX memory 8GB 1866 1 stick,WD 1 TB HDD and WIN 7 64 Bit.Iam happy with it except for the case and you helped me solve that problem.Thank you.
