Need help configuring four monitors with one PC -- two pairs of cloned + extended

My office has two workstations that only I use: a desk where I sit and a desk where I stand. I want to be able to move back and forth between them and have the same computing environment at each. That is, the sitting desk will have a monitor with my desktop plus a monitor with an extended desktop. The standing desk will have a monitor cloning the desktop at the sitting desk and a monitor cloning the extended desktop at sitting desk.

The monitors are different:
Sitting desk:
HP S2231 (1xVGA, 1xDVI inputs)
Acer x223w (1xVGA, 1xDVI inputs)
Standing desk:
Asus vs247h (1xVGA, 1xDVI inputs)
Acer g246hl (1xHDMI, 1xVGA, 1xDVI inputs)

My HP computer, running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, has an integrated graphics card with 1xVGA and 1xDVI outs and an ATI Radeon HD 3650 PCI-e card with 1xHDMI, 1xVGA and 1xDVI output.

Can I connect the monitors to the integrated graphics and to the PCI-e card simultaneously? If so, how do I configure this? In Device Manager, under Display Adapters, I see "ATI Radeon HD 3650". Can I simultaneously enable the integrated graphics? If so, how? (Right now, when I connect a VGA cable to the integrated graphics card, the monitor shows "no signal")

If I cannot use both integrated graphics and the PCI-e video card together, then can I use the HDMI, the DVI and the VGA outs on the PCI-e card simultaneously, possibly with an active splitter for the VGA signal together? Are there other configuration options I should consider? I am open to buying some new hardware to make this arrangement work out.

Any advice or thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

Running the integrated GPU with an add-in one is dependent on the motherbd which you don't identify for us to research.

Also dvi can be confusing as it comes in several forms: Digital only (Dvi-d) anaolg only (dvi-a) or both (dvi-i) so I have gotten more specific with your equipment for reference.

Hp__ S2231: 1920x1080 vga & dvi-d
Acer.. x223w: 1680x1050 vga & dvi-i
Asus vs247h: 1920x1080 vga & dvi-d & hdmi
Acer g246hl : 1920x1080 vga & dvi-d & hdmi

Do you know which brand and model# 3650 is in there?

Thank you, popatim. Here is additional information on my system:

The PC is an HP p6210f. Specs are here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01852858&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en

The motherboard is the M2N78-LA (Violet). Specs are here:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01635734&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en

From the HP p6210f product page:
Video graphics
Integrated graphics using nVidia GeForce 9100
Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.
Integrated graphics using nVidia GeForce 9100.
Supports concurrent use of dual displays connected to onboard DVI and VGA connectors.
Also supports PCI Express x16 graphics cards as independent graphics adapters.

I guess that statement "Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed" answers my question? If so, then can I use all three outputs on the 3650, as mentioned in the OP?

The sticker on the video card has "HP PN 5189-3945".

I noticed you listed the Acer g246hl as having vga & dvi-d & hdmi. I see that specs online show that, but mine lacks hdmi. Mine is a G246HLAbd from Newegg, item #N82E16824009422.

Many thanks for your help.

Thanks, popatim. After further research, I have decided to purchase an Nvidia Quadro NVS PCIe x16 video card and run DVI-D cables to each monitor. Those cards are expensive new ($300 to $500), but I am seeing the older model 420 (still supported by Nvidia with new drivers) on Ebay, with cables, for under $100. (The older model 440 is even cheaper, but it uses 2 to 3 year old drivers, which are also available for download from Nvidia.) Your comments helped get me headed in the right direction. Thanks, again.
