I have a wooden table and the area where I use my mouse is not smooth. I had a laser mouse before and everything was fine, but then right side button died and I changed to a wireless optical mouse. I noticed that it is very unprecise and I can't really draw a straight line in paint. I tested it on different surfaces and on some it was better. Maybe because it's a very cheap and poorly made.
So is laser mouse better than optical on wooden surface? I was thinking about Steelseries Rival, Razer Deathadder 2013 or Razer Imperator. Imperator is laser, rival and deathadder are optical.
