MSI Z97 XPOWER AC vs Asus Z97 Deluxe (NFC & WLC) which is the best?

Which is the better motherboard, MSI Z97 XPOWER AC or Asus Z97 Deluxe (NFC & WLC) ofr superb gaming and perfomance? :??:

No (budget) matter of money, and please don't suggest any other motherboard than this.
Please answer in detail, telll me all the pros and cons, comparison and all the differences.

An help will be appreciated.

I'd go the Asus, better quality and simply I won't build on MSI due to their poor QC....I get more mobo trouble calls on their mobos than any 2 other manufacturers put together.

Support may be bad, But what about the mobo, QUALITY, OC, instead of talking of support?

I wasn't talking about support, QC is Quality Control, see too many MSIs mobos that arrive DOA or within 30-60 days have a component failure and it varies wildly even with an individual line of mobo, like a ethernet port on one, a PCI-E slot on another, USB ports die, bad DRAM slots, etc

i have now come up with another one, b the ROG Team, The Maximus VII Hero? It's built by the ROG (Republic Of Gamers), so wouldn't it be specially designed for gaming? How is that one? Any thoughts? Please reply and give feedback.

While designed for gamers, per se, I have the Z87 Hero which I considered the best of the Z87 mobos, and picked up the Z97 Hero based in large part on that, it's even better than the Z87 version, OCs better, handles DRAM better, runs cooler, the BIOS has improved
