I'm trying to build a decent gaming PC and tweaked someone else's build; I added a mouse, monitors, speakers, and even 6 SP120 fans as I read that they are pretty quiet (which matches with the 'silent' Define R4 case).

Here it is: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CPRDkL

Just want to see your opinions on it and how I can improve it or ways make it cheaper without sacrificing performance. I'm planning on overclocking the CPU and GPU, running games easily, having a decently quiet computer, but I don't really know much about this subject at all or whether the ~$1300 cost (excluding peripherals) is overkill!

Any criticism would be appreciated, thanks!

Edit: I'm also trying to keep to a red/black color scheme!

Looks like a good build, however I don' think you need that many fans, it just adds to the power consumption, heat (more power usage = PSU makes more heat), and noise of the case (vibrations at same frequency harmonize and get really loud and your PSU will amp up to support more power). A few intake/direct air fans and a single exhaust fan should be enough.

Also, the Samsung EVO is a great SSD, but it is very overpriced for what it does. I'd get a 240GB SSD from another company for $80-$100 instead. They might not have the exact same specs, but those extra specs don't give more gaming performance or many application boosts. The access time is whats most important and any SSD will be miles ahead of an HDD.

Would a 2x Front Intake, 1x Base Intake, and 1x Rear Exhaust fan setup be better (i.e. for 'positive pressure') or a 2x Front Intake, 1x Rear Exhaust, 1x Top Rear Exhaust setup be better in your opinion (would they both give positive pressure)? And what SSD would you suggest?
