the CM hyper212 is not cut out to cool haswell at a high OC, recommend a better one there.

I'd recommend a gaming orientated board for LAN settings, like the gigabyte gaming x

16gb is not needed unless rendering

get a bigger SSD

really need a 780ti? the premium over the 780 vs the performance boost isn't worth it for most people.

1000W seems like overkill

Solution
You don't need a blu-ray player, its a waste of money in my opinion.

PSU wise, 1000w is way overkill. You probably need a good 850w to have an overclocked SLI build.

Unless you already have a hard drive you can use as a storage drive, I'd recommend getting a storage drive, at least 1 TB. Otherwise, go with what woltej1 said, get a bigger SSD.

Motherboard, maybe get an ASRock z97x killer.

RAM, you can get ram that is just as effective for 30$ difference.

If you plan on running a high overclock, get a r9 290x with an aftermarket cooler which is more cost efficient and still runs very well, and go with a stronger cooler.
