I recently got a Hyper 212 EVO cpu fan for my AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE processor, it is 3.4ghz
and i want to overclock it to 4.0ghz, is this possible with the fan and cpu i have? if so, what temp difference can i expect?

I would imagine it's possible with a decent motherboard. Your temperatures should be alright, maybe a bit on the higher side of things.

I would imagine you can probably get to 4.0. Never hurts to try I'd say. Bump up the multiplier if you can do that. I don't think you need to bump the voltages.
