Can my CPU handle this?

Solution
I'm just going by the few threads I've read where bottlenecking was at least an issue for some :p

I just assumed he had one already and also had a 750w PSU. Agreed though, it certainly wouldn't make any sense buying 2 cheaper cards when you get way more benefits with a single stronger one.
The FX-6300 should be able to "handle" a setup like that (it's not like the CPU actually needs to handle anything). That CPU can play pretty much all modern games @60fps or more, so a GTX 760 SLI setup should work fairly well in most games. Yes, there will be a bottleneck in CPU-heavy games, but it's not big enough for it to be noticeable.

As mentioned, there could be a potential bottleneck; overclocking would certainly improve the situation if not fix it completely.

It really depends on the games you are playing and at what FPS you want. SLI 760's are like similar to a 780.
