Yes, they'll both work with what I suggested.

The Zotac card has the reference cooler, which makes it better for really, really small cases, but it's noisier and hotter in most cases. It's also clocked lower. The only advantage of the Zotac is the extra VRAM, but it doesn't really help if you're not using more than 2 1080p screens. With all that said, I'd go with the Asus card, I've had a GTX 650Ti from them and I was not disappointed.

okay im looking into getting 3 monitors will the asus support?

1 for gaming 1 for like skype the other for youtube or something, i might stick with 2 though..

currently i have two on my terrible card xD
