New GPU and CPU

I currently have the:
AMD A8-3850 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics(4 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
and I want to upgrade to a GPU and a CPU.
I thought these looked good together but I want to run it by everyone.
GPU: GeForce GTX 750 1GB
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750K Trinity Quad-Core 3.4GHz
My power supply is 430 watts.

Will these be compatible and will it let me record,stream,edit etc at 720p.

Open to suggestions budget is 200$ total

Could you recommend another another CPU that can handle a lot with that graphics card?

so say my budget is $300 total for a MOBO, CPU, and GPU
I want to record, edit, stream etc.
I need a Geforce that is able to use Shadowplay could you find this for me?

That FM1 is a dead socket and all the cpu's aren't very good at all for gaming but the best you could probably get is an Athlon x4 651k

Could I if I wanted to save some money get the original 750 with 1 GB or will I need 2?

I'll be playing DayZ, CS:GO, Minecraft, COD, Battlefield at 720p usually and I want atleast 60FPS
