Your budget is large and you only need a new gpu and power supply and maybe a case if the one you have is too small. I don't know of any online stores in Slovenia but I used the stores in netherlands since they deal in euros

This is a very powerful option and might be an overkill

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB WINDFORCE Video Card (€668.96 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Case: Corsair 400R ATX Mid Tower Case (€82.97 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (€84.69 @ Hardwareversand)
Total: €836.62
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

or, something cheaper but still very powerful
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 290 4GB DirectCU II Video Card (€360.79 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Case: Corsair 400R ATX Mid Tower Case (€82.97 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (€84.69 @ Hardwareversand)
Total: €528.45
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Both will max out any game today at 1080p/1440p

The case is optional but is a really good one

No problem, if you have anymore questions feel free to ask else you can mark this thread as solved by picking the best solution

The cards I have given you are quite high end and you can always go lower to maybe an R9 280X or gtx 770 which are excellent gaming cards.

First, I would read the minimum requirements that your favorite game(s) will need. Then look for the BEST video card that your wallet can afford. Check out this website. http://www.partschase.com/index.php?route=product/categ...

I wanted a video card that was a little out of my budget. I made them an offer (10% less) and they accepted it! My graphics are TOP NOTCH now! And gaming has never been this much fun!
