My computer keeps restarting when I play certain MMORPG games, such as World of Warcraft or Anarchy Online.

As posted in the title, I currently am operating a 2003 (I believe) Windows Vista, I know nearly nothing about the internal workings except that I'm using a Nvidia GeForce graphics card. I can play music, browse the internet, almost anything, but when I launch a downloaded game that is a MMORPG it just, randomly restarts. I can range play time from 5 minutes to 8 hours. I let my computer be away from such games for about a week and it seemed I had more play time in the initial game-play, i got about 12 hours to play before it restarted, then it reverted back to its normal 5-30 minute intervals, Is there any way I can fix it?

Ok, if it is an old, storebought unit, then indeed the PSU has probably reached the end of its useful life. Do you see any bulging or leaking capacitors on its motherboard?
Do you have a budget for a new system? It may be possible to replace the PSU in that one, however considering its age, other parts may also be ready to give up the ghost, and by today's standards its performance is very low.
Please provide your complete system specifications.
As old as your system is, this could be a matter of the PSU having lost capacity over time, such that it is no longer able to support your system under a gaming load. Without knowing more about your parts though (including the brand and model, not just wattage, of your PSU), this is really idle speculation.

How could one find the information of their system specifications? Sorry for the bother, I'm very new to the inner workings of computers.
