i just bought a radeon 7970 with a x16 pci express slot on my motherboard and my card wont go in all the way only half will go in and the other would stick out also my case is a full tower so there is no problems in the card fitting my case

Then it would go in all the way. Post a picture of the slot and the issue. Make sure nothing in your case is blocking it.
