I have an Acer Aspire 5735z that has never been upgraded. I am planning to upgrade the RAM memory to 4gb, from the original 2gb. And also considering upgrading the HDD of 160gb to a 1tb HHD or maybe a 1tb SSD. And then upgrading to OS from Vista to Windows 7, (I chose Windows 7 because I hate Windows 8). My question is - If I do these upgrades should I also upgrade the CPU? I could upgrade the T3200 @2.0GHz, FSB 800MHz to a T9300 @2.5GHz, FSB 800MHz, or possibly a T9500 @2.54GHz, FSB 800MHz. Would I see that much of a speed increase by changing the CPU to make it worth the added expense of a new CPU??

The memory and an SSD will be very noticeable changes, but you won't get much from a CPU upgrade.
