Hey guys, how does this potential build look for possible performance (gaming as well) and OC'ing? This is disregarding price, so if you have ideas for hardware that I might be missing or performs just as good or better for same or cheaper please let me know.

Hardware:
Case: Corsair 900D
CPU: Intel i7-4790K
MB: ASRock Z97 OC Formula
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 4x8 (32GB) 1600Mhz (Should I go higher in Mhz?)
PSU: Antec HC Pro 1300W (Modular) (Should I go with more wattage?)
GPU: EVGA GTX 780Ti Classified 3GB x2 (SLI) (Are these worth their dime?)
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB x2 (Raid0)
HDD: Seagate SSHD 2TB x2 (Raid0) (possibly HDDs for future Raid1/10)
Fans: Cooler Master SickleFlow 120mm (Smoke color)

Cooling:
Koolance CPU-380i
PrimoChill PrimoFlex Adv. LRT 3/8"x5/8" Pearl UV Tubing
Silver Kill Coils x2
Corsair AirFlow Cooling Fan (RAM fan)
FrozenQ Liquid Fusion 160mm Helix Reservoir
EK EVGA 780/780Ti Classified Water Block x2
EK Terminal Block (Dual Series for GPUs)
XSPC LCD Temperature Sensor V2 w/ G1/4 Plug Sensor
Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Quad 120mm Radiator x2
Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Triple 120mm Radiator
Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 Triple 120mm Radiator
Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Dual 120mm Radiator
Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Single 120mm Radiator
Alphacool 3/8"x5/8" G1/4 Compression Fittings
Alphacool VPP655 Variable Speed Pump w/ HF Top (would x1 be enough or do I need a more powerful pump?)
Distilled Water (I've read it's not worth it to get the UV or colored coolant, is that still correct?)

Disclaimer: Yes this case will need to be modded in order for the XT45 Triple radiator to fit.

PSU is way overkill. 1000w is more than enough.

How many monitors are you running, at what resolution?

That's more for possible extra lighting or anything else if I want to expand on it later. i.e. two more GPUs or if I wanted to upgrade to the dual GPU cards and run 4 way SLI there or something where each card pulls 300watts or so on their own.

Haven't really decided on 5 screens @ 5400x1920 or @ 7200x2560
