My Laptop doesn't think it has wifi

Ok so i wanted to restore my laptop to factory windows 7 and i accidentally used the wrong restore disk(i used my desktops one) so it thought it didn't have a wireless card now i have restored the laptop with the correct disk and it still thinks it doesn't have a wireless card it has the right motherboard and cpu in the system properties but doesn't connect to wifi and says I don't have the hardware to connect to wifi. (the laptop is a Ailenware x17)

go to Dell.com. Go to Download Drivers. Enter your service tag number to bring up your specific model. Download all drivers and install. Specifically, if you need just the wifi, download the wifi driver. If you tell me your service tag number, I can tell you which to download

i just found out it doesn't want to connect to Ethernet either
