I watched my XFX R9 290 Double Dissipation hit 90C while playing Sniper Elite 3 on optimized settings and decided that's way too high for my likings. Unfortunately, I have minimal knowledge of liquid cooling and was unable to find a waterblock for the card. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
