So i just built a new PC for budget gaming (Link http://gyazo.com/d2f0ffdb44bd5f7e6043e800b938ed1e)
Anyway, occasionally whilst browsing in chrome, the internet will lock up, the page i am trying to load will freeze up and i will get the constant loading circle, whilst i thought it was just my internet dropping at first, i then go onto other windows and try and do stuff, and they all lock up too, even if they are not connected to the internet, a simplified example would be below.
*On chrome browsing Toms hardware forum, click a thread.
*Thread doesnt load, so i wait and go onto Catalyst control, and that goes not responding.
*Click on teamspeak, that also goes not responding.
*Steam, not responding
*Toms hardware page loads, all my stuff starts responding again.
Any idea what this could be? Im kinda stumped, its like everything just locks up. All temps are fine also. all running at about 35 degrees.
