Do I need to download driver or update Bios after upgrading new PSU?

I was getting a system crash with my new GTX 770 when I had a 600w PSU with 34amps on the rail.

So I upgraded my PSU to 750w (CX750M) with 62amps on the rail. The GTX 770 requires that it has 42amps. So my 62amps is enough.

But I'm still getting system crashes when playing a game.

Any solution?
Thank you

Hi

The GPU freezes with a buzzing noise(from the headphone) and the monitor goes blank when I play a game so I have to manually restart the PC and get the same problem again.

I have all drivers up to date

Specs:
CPU: Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q9400 at 2.66 GHz
GPU: GTX 770 2GB DirectCU II
Memory RAM: 6GB
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
PSU: Corsair CX750M

I have also done a clean installation of Windows

I happens to a few games with I run them on ultra settings. I bought a GTX 770, so I'd like to get the best out of it.

Also when I try to run the System Rating from My Computer properties, the GPU starts to freeze

by chance have you noticed what test the System rating is running when it starts? this to will help point to the culprit giving the issue.

Its the first I've heard, a bad RAM could possibly be the cause? How can I test this out?
Thanks

I have the OCCT, I will run the GPU test with the error checking box ticked

Sorry I accidentally have choosen you as the solution.

Here a pic attached. After this test the GPU freezes

Thanks

It is happening on the GPU test. Have you cleared the scores then reran the assessment? Just wonder if it will do it on other tests too.

be sure to test with OCCT to see if it will error. possible bad card.

On a side note, to test the ram download Memtest86+ and burn it to a disk or flash drive and run it as a boot device. it has its own interface so windows does not need to run.

I used Asus tweak to underclock the the memory clock(MHz) and re-ran the assessment, it passed.. So I tried a game on Ultra settings but the system crashes :-/

Tried the OCCT test for my GPU, after running it for 2mins, 0 errors so far.

I ran the memtest and It passed without any errors

When using OCCT you need to run it for between 30-45 mins with out using the PC. Using the PC running OCCT can cause a false positive. Memtest it is best to let it run for around 11 passes. Sometimes memory errors wont show up for a couple of passes.
