Best quad core processor for $100 or less?

It would have to be from newegg.ca or some Canadian website/Canadian version of a website to avoid ridiculous shipping fees and taxes.

I want the processor for gaming, but I don't want to spend more than $100. Also, if you could recommend a cheaper motherboard to go with the processor which supports 16GB of ram, that would be great.

A 760k is the best quad core @ $100. Only down side, is no upgrade options, should you want to upgrade the CPU only. You would get better performance with a dual core, with hyperthreading, i3 4130/4150 for around $120 and have more upgrade options. Not sure why you want 16gb of ram either. You would be better off going with 8gb and using the money towards a better CPU.
