I am currently using the stock intel heatsink and I am getting temps of 80degrees under a 75%load. I was thinking to upgrade my heatsink to the Cooler Master Hyper N520. It seems fine but will it fit the lga 1150 socket and also it says it only has a 3 pin fan. Is this okay? And does it come with thermal paste?

Solution
It will fit, and it will come with paste.
3 pin is ok.
With some motherboards, there will be fan speed control, and for other older motherboards the fan will run full speed.

One problem is the 92mm fan which will be noisy.
If you have 160 mm room, I suggest the hyper212 instead. It is cheaper, will cool better, and will be quieter with a 120mm fan. It will have the normal 4 pin pwm connector.
