Can this computer run BF4 max settings

I am considering building this computer, it would be the first computer i would ever build and even though i know a lot about computers, i dont really know what has to do with good game performance, fps, Etc. Can this build run games on max settings with mods and be able to run them on max settings for 2+ years. If not can anyone suggest a better build? Try to keep it under $1100 if so.

if you do suggest a build be sure it can also handle video editing+ have blu ray!!!

With the i5 4590 - being a non overclockable cpu, you won't need a custom cpu cooler or a Z87/97 motherboard

For 4k you need a R9 295x at least - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r9-295x2-crossfire-performance,3808-4.html

Forget about 4k till the gpus get cheaper.

Yeah, 4k is pretty hard to run, like he said ^ you will need a R9 295x to run 4k on ultra
