Already tried alot of fixes but nothing. Fans Work and it kinda gets hot as if working but still no signal. When i connect it my Built in video card does not display so it seems it already works over the build in one. Please help me i need to do a work thats why i bought it and im desperate, need it to work so bad.

Thermaltake is high-end! I say make sure you put enough force on the card when installing it. If not I agree bad card.:(

Not for PSUs, not really. They are meh. That card is probably bad. I would RMA it and see if the new one fixes your issues.

Nope there are stores, amazon does not send things to south america. Plus its expensive as hell techonolgy here.

This Card cost me 700USD in your currency. I wish i had a way to buy from US but meh..

Anything i can try before i go for refund then?

Geez, that is $400 here, at microcenter I can get it for $329. I would go for a refund. Long shipping means it could have gotten damaged, or it might simply be DOA.

Boot on your 6870 and enable integrated GPU and set it to default. Then, put your new card in. Boot up plugged into the mobo, and go to device manager. See if it detects anything. Try installing drivers from the disc, then disabling iGPU and trying.

When i plug the R9 there is not a single driver detected but the Intel HD Graphics 4000 that is integrated with the mobo

No device in device manager? Try installing drivers and see what happens.

Well since yours was so expensive and double the price of what it can be bought for here, the GTX 770 4 GB or R9 290 by MSI are good cards.
