I have an amd fx 6300 clock speed
500gb 7200rpm
24xLG DVD burner
And no gpu
Running on 480w PSU
Also fans
8gb G.Skill RipJaw 1600mhz ram
And an msi motherboard

I'm 12 lol

Yes, it will run just fine but I'd get the Sapphire R7 260X http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HJOKCZI instead of the HD 7770 since it has more features and will have better driver support. It's also faster and doesn't cost much more.
