HiI'm building a budget gaming build for a friend and his needs are just general browsing, media watching, and hopefully light gaming. The games he was hoping to play are Hearthstone and LoL

I was thinking of a APU with at least 8 gigs ram. I was hoping to put a SSD in there with the recently falling prices, though I'm not too sure

I don't need any extra peripherals

Budget: $400 CAD

I'd also like to buy from Canadian retailers, avoiding terrible duty and conversion costs
