Now I already know the 7870 beats a GTX 750 Ti. Both these cards I am looking at are the same price (7870 is refurbished) at $150. I am on a tight budget of and for the most part have my build all set up.
I want to play my favorite games at max settings, and occasionally record for youtube and twitch. Reason why I would consider choosing the GTX 750 Ti is because of Shadowplay. From what I've seen in benchmarks is that Shadowplay is the best recording software for maintaining fps. And the best part is that it is free since it comes with GeForce Experience which I also like as a feature.
I'm wondering which when recording will give me most fps. I'm probably gonna say the 7870 since it is a bit more powerful so it might be able to keep up even without shadowplay.
Here is the build I am looking to get... (Not including video card)
CPU - FX-6300 3.5 GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo)
Motherboard - ECS A960M-MV(1.0A) AM3+ AMD 760G
Memory (RAM) - Team Elite 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM
Hard Drive - Western Digital WD Blue 500GB
Computer Case - COUGAR Spike Black Steel / Plastic MicroATX Mini Tower Gaming Case
DVD Drive - ASUS 24X DVD Burner
Power Supply - RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 530W
Operating System - Windows 7 Home Premium SP1
Edit: You may comment on my build if you'd like to help me since this will be my first computer build.
