I'm using x2 360mm radiators that are around 35mm thick and need some fans to cool them. I know static pressure fans would be the best for this but I don't have the money for something like corsairs SP120 fans.

I was thinking about either getting 3 sets of these to do push pull configs

Or just get three more of these as 3 allready came with my case. To me these are more aesthetically pleasing and go with my color scheme more than the cooler masters.

These rads are cooling x2 r9 290x's and currently an i5 4670k but I'll be upgrading to a 5820k when it comes out. Do you guys have any other suggestions for under $40? Thanks.

Them fans are almost identical. The CFM is almost the same, so roughly the same performance, so choose whichever of the two you like better. Personally, I'd go for something high pressure high CFM and run them in a push config until I could get more fans for a pull, you want higher pressure push than pull to keep the air in the radiator longer to move the heat better.

Thanks for the reply, do you have any recommendations on fans I could use in a push only config?

Will get the job done, not quite the best, but certainly the cheapest, if you look at the Egg and lower it to 120mm/12cm, over 80 CFM, then price low to high, get what's in your price range that you like, at the end of the day, don't worry much over it, it's a fan. If it's too loud, look for maybe a fan controller and run everything through a couple of those.
