But as shown in the video when i wack it a few times it goes back to normal, and sometimes it stays like that for hours until put a glass of water down too hard on my desk or something and then it starts again.

Have you tried a different monitor? Can you confirm all cables are secure and not loose?

Yes, I checked the PCU cables and my PCI-e connection, took my video card out, put it back in, same exact issue.



The issue started when i had both my monitors plugged in, occurring on both monitors.

Temps look good.
I'm thinking there's some kind of gap in the PCI-e slot, explaining why the flicker pattern changes/monitor goes back to normal when i tap the side of my PC, but it doesn't explain why it's all normal until 10-20 seconds after boot.

That would be my guess, if you see it happen again try to shift your card a bit and see if your picture stabilizes. If it does then you may have too much weight on the PCI lane and need to support the card somehow.

It's still weird why it's happening now of all times after 4 years of service...
I'll just tip my box and put it motherboard side down.
That'll probably do the trick.
