Hi, I have been searching for monitors for gaming and I came across Nvidia 3D Vision and knew I had to have it. But, I have a very limited price range. I need a GPU that can handle the 3D Vision, a 3D Monitor, and 3D Glasses. What is the cheapest GPU that can handle that well? What is a recommended Monitor? Should I get the monitor and glasses together or separate? Sorry if this is the wrong section, I do not know if this belongs in gaming or graphics and displays.

Sorry man that is not going to happen at under $450. A monitor would be ~$250, the 3d glasses kit another ~$150, and atleast ~$250 for a decent video card to drive it(gtx 760).

Well can the graphics card be any cheaper than that?

If you want games to be playable then no. Even with a gtx 760 you are going to have to turn down settings. 3D requires about twice the gpu power since it has to output 60fps(30 to each eye) just to make it playable.

I guess I will buy the graphics card when I can. Then save up for the monitor and glasses.

It would work but many games would run poorly in 3d as the cards just not fast enough to run some games in 3d.
