What Motherboard should I use ?

I,m planning to use (AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition + GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost).
But I don't know what Motherboard will work with them.
Will ACPI x64 based PC Motherboard work ?

Almost any modern AM3+ board will work, and will provide support for the FX lineup if you so choose (Which there is no real reason for you)
ASUS M5A97 R2.0 (Non LE).
ASUS M5A99FX.

Those are the first two I would recommend depending on your budget.
