Issues regarding graphics card

So about a month ago I purchased an Alienware 18 laptop from dell. It has windows 8.1 and GEFORCE 765m. I'm not very smart when it comes to technical stuff like this, but I've been having some serious issues. The graphics card had some weird problem when I was playing a game about 2 weeks ago, and the display no longer worked. I could see the windows log in screen but it looked very glitchy. I plugged it into my TV with an HDMI port and I tried messing around with the settings to see if it wasn't my graphics card but some other weird error. While doing this, I accidentally managed to disable my video card on the device manager. At this point, I decided just to send it in for repair and I got it back about 5 days later. The screen was fully functional but it was definitely not the same. Some of the graphics were still messed up and a lot of the settings were messed up. I tried messing around with it and eventually refreshed the PC in the restart settings. After this, my GEFORCE drivers were gone and there was no way to install them. After about 2 hours of trying to figure this out, I went into my BIOS and reset to factory defaults and the computer rebooted. Then as it started back up, I noticed that something was wrong. I clicked my mouse and then the same exact glitchy log in screen from before i sent the laptop back was there. I feel helpless and I dont know the first thing about computers haha
