weird graphics glitch

hi,while playing games i been getting this wierd colour glitchesin the screen, which makes the game impossible to play. but playing some games like fsx, nfs shift2 have no problem . i dont know how to tell the exact problem with graphics ,while playing screens show crazy colours stripes , shapes .but sometime just works fine.please help?

reinstall your drivers, or use the previous one before this one. In either case, select the "perform clean installation" option when it's presented. It will be at the bottom when it asks what you want to install. Left over driver files can often cause these types of issues. Your Nvidia settings will go back to default, but that's an easy fix.

reinstalled still no use glitch still there

reinstalled but now its show freqently driver has started not responding and recovering. thank you any way i am going back for very previous update which run without a problem for long.
