my CPU is a intel I-5 3570k ivy bridge. its based clocking is 3.4 GHZ 6( 3.8 turbo)but i have it overclocked at 4.50 GHz. but my task manager states that my CPU's speed is at 5.90 GHz. i have no clue why and would like to know what might be the problem. if any one could help, that would be great.
