fix 0xc00007b error "the application was unable to start correctly" saints row 4

solution for 0xc000007b error :
it just happened when you installed 32 bit applications in 64 bit operating systems...because of DLL files problem..
to solve this problem download DLL files give below..(just search in google.com)
1.xinput1_1.dll
2.xinput1_2.dll
3.xinput1_3.dll
4.xInput1_4.dll
5.XInput9_1_0.dll
after downloading copy those files into c:\windows\SysWOW64 (if asks for replace just replace it)..
note : some files not copied because they are currently using by operating system but not a problem......just leave those files not copied..
this solution worked for 99% of Games and Applications.....
for me it worked for games like CRYSYS 2,SPLINTER CELL-BLACK LIST,RED ORCHESTRA 2-HEROS OF STALINGUARD..
if it worked just write to maxxcarter@gmail.com

So I had this issue with my windows media player. Every time I would try to run a video I would get the error that the program was interrupted or that the program did not properly start. I tried just about everything that everyone else suggested; none of which worked. I did a little research on; “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application”. Well I finally found the solution and I’m going to share it with you all. No fee, no need to download a file or program loaded with spyware; you only have to read the following;
Most errors occur just after installing updates that were improperly configured by Microsoft. This was a major issue with the first Xp series. So the key is to uninstall the most recent updates.
Steps:
1: Go to “Start” and click “Control Panel”.
2: Under Programs click “Uninstall a Program”
3: To the left column; click “View Installed Updates”
4: Find the “Installed On” Column and click is so the arrow is pointing down
5: Scroll down and “Right Click” the most recent update and then click uninstall.
6: You’ll be prompted to confirm you want to uninstall; click yes.
7: Once uninstalled you may be prompted to restart your computer; click not now.
8: Repeat Steps 5-7 until you’ve uninstalled all recent updates. You’ll need to scroll through top to bottom since there are several categories (folders).
9: Once all recent updates have been uninstalled; close the control panel and any other programs that may be running; and then go to “Start” and click “restart”.
10: Once the system has restarted test the program which was in error. If the Error continues, you may have to uninstall further back in the computer history.

i was having same problem since 2 days, i tried dozens of solutions but didnt work.. When i was about to give up, i tried one last thing; installing Microsoft Visual C++ 32bit to my 64bit pc. I know sounds useless, but it worked. After i installed it, game worked! So you guys may try it. Install vcredist_x86 to your pc from Microsoft web site, even if your pc has x64 version.

what maxxcarter said is right but in some computers it wont work(like mine) the you have to download some of the .dll files i have listed below
1. mfc100.dll
2. mfc100u.dll
3. msvcr100.dll
4. msvcp100.dll
5. msvcr100_clr0400.dll
after downloading this go into safe mode and copy all the following things in C:/Windows/System32 replacing the old ones.
reboot again in normal mode and enjoy the application you are trying to run.
