I'm looking for a nice case that will perform great while still being (moderately) silent. I am willing to spend up to $200 USD. I appreciate any suggestions.

A few options:

Nanoxia Deep Silence 5: http://www.nanoxia-world.com/product/1/56/Deep+Silence+5+
I think this is the best one. Costs $150 on Amazon. It is big tower, really great quality, there is quite a lot of noise-dampening material. It can house a 140/280 slim (up to 35mm) radiator at the top and an extremely thick (even 80mm) 120/240mm radiator at the front. Available both with or without the side window.

Or Fractal Design XL R2: http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/define-series/define-xl-r2-black-pearl
Both are reliable, tried and tested, good quality and provide awesome noise dampening. The first one is...

Both are reliable, tried and tested, good quality and provide awesome noise dampening. The first one is mid tower, costs $78 on Amazon, can house a 240mm slim radiator at the top and after some modding also a 240mm radiator at the front. It is available both with and without side window. The XL R2 is big tower, costs $132 on Amazon, can house a 240mm radiator at the front, a 240mm or 280mm radiator at the top, a 120mm radiator at the bottom and a 120mm or 140mm radiator at the rear. It's only available without a side window.

NZXT H440: http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/143-h440-performance-mid-tower.html
It's mid tower, costs $117 on Amazon. Great quality and attention to detail, can house a 280mm or 360mm radiator at the front, a 280mm or 360mm radiator at the top and a 140mm or 120mm radiator at the rear. The noise dampening isn't very strong, though. It also doesn't have any 5.25" drive bays so you would have to get an external CD/DVD drive.

Neither the Corsair 750D nor the Phanteks Enthoo Pro have any specific noise dampening features.

Two more options are Corsair Obsidian 550D: http://www.corsair.com/en/obsidian-series-550d-mid-tower-quiet-case
And Corsair Carbide 330R: http://www.corsair.com/en/carbide-series-330r-quiet-mid-tower-case
Both are great quality and have noise dampening. The first one is priced at $160 and can house a 240mm or 280mm radiator at the top, a 120mm or 140mm radiator at the rear and a 120mm or 140mm radiator at the bottom. The Carbide 330R has an awesome price of $90 and can house a 240mm or 280mm radiator at the top and a 120mm radiator at the rear.
