Please fill out the system specs for both rigs, and I'll take a gander as to wtf is going on here.

Here It worked well, but I played only 30 minutes
Motherboard> MSI 890FXA-GD70
CPU > AMD Athlon II X3 450
RAM > 2gb Kingston
HD > 500gb
Win7 64bit
Graphics Card: It is not overclocked
Bios Graphics Card: 80.04.bf.00.06 date>06/03/13
Power Supply: 850watts Cooler Master Silent Pro
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Here It worked well almost 24h, I played Sniper Elite3 with all full features to about 30 frames, sometime to 8 frames. 2 hours after, I powered the PC and just before to enter to windows, the screen went blank. I mean while I was playing there wasn't problem and the graphic card was working very hard and well.
Motherboard> AMD Asrock Extreme9 FX990
CPU > AMD FX9370 It is not overclocked
RAM > 2x4gb Gskill 2400
HD > SSD 120gb Kingston Hiperx
Win8.1 64bit
Graphics Card: It is not overclocked
Bios Graphics Card: 80.04.bf.00.06 date>06/03/13
Power Supply: 1300watts Rosewill

Here it worked well while it had no driver installed. After it has driver installed, I rebooted the pc and just before to enter to windows the screen went blank with black stripes. So it was with my friends's PCs with Intel.

I think it's your friend's PSU. It's the only glaringly different item that would cause a problem for a GPU.

I can't find any info on Omega, but it's not even listed on the PSU tier list.

If you can swap one of your good PSUs and lend it to the other rig, you can verify if this is true.

In that momento I changed the PSU a few times and it was equal, 850w cooler master 80+ platiun and 1300w Rosewill 80+ gold. I think it's not the PSU.
