I try to install windows7 a massage show where partion of disk creating. Says
Windows cannot install on this disk. the disk may fail soon.

You must buy a new hard drive as the existing one is starting to fail. There is no point in trying to install anything on a hard drive which may fail tomorrow.

If you want to test the hard drive you can make a bootable CD containing either:
SeaTools for DOS: http://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/item/seatools-dos-master/

Or

Drive Fitness Test for DOS: http://www.hgst.com/support/downloads/legacy-downloads#DFT
