I am on a low budget, and I need a cheap power supply for those 2, as I know the GPU sucks alot of power.

Suggestions please.

Hey!
I am from Australia!

here's what i have from searching several different sites , a lot of of these suppliers have the same psu's but more expensive
i have gone for quality psu's with high grade japanese capacitors and not rubbish cheap budget psu's

you have a choice

there are also corsair TX ,HX or AX and cooler master v series but all extremely high priced

fully modular means that all the cables are not connected to the psu , they come with it and you only need to plug in the cables you need
semi modular means that only some of the cables are sepperate from the psu and some are hardwired into the psu
standard atx non modular means all cables are hardwired to the psu

edit: this helps reduce cable clutter in your case , by only using the cables you require

Well, im already a tad over budget, so the cheapest option would be the best :)

like i stated earlier this is the minimum psu requirements

Hi hamm
The GeForce GTX 590 requires a psu with 46A on the +12v rail and a 700W PSU minimum

anything below this and you wont power your card or system properly , no one makes 700 watt psu's so 750 is next best thing
