I buy Brandnew Samsung SSD 840 Pro Series
and now install win 8.1 OS

my Question:
I need to reformat 1st my SSD before install os or not?

You currently hav a working PC with Win 8.1, and you want to install the SSD in place of the HD? Provided yo SSD is big enough for everything on yo HD, jus use the cloning software that came with the SSD - plug it into a spare SATA slot, install t cloning software, clone, turn off t PC, remove the old HD, reboot, et voila
