Question I have a Asus Essentino Cm6850 I was wondering What would be the best power supply and video card that my computer can handle without hurting it and something that won't go over my budget

I have own a nvidia gt 640 in there with 350w and 16 gigs of ram

Most gpu's and psu's will fit. Just need to know how much you are willing to spend.

A GTX 770 with a RM650 psu would be a nice upgrade.

or maybe a 280x if you prefer AMD such as:

Now both of those configs will run you about $400 to $450. Both gpu's provide plenty of performance.
