Changing Graphic Card

When i want to change graphic card, i need to uninstall or remove the old graphic card?

is not properly need.. but is good if do not use anymore old card no justify you have installed old drivers maybe you can get some conflits in future...

This is because my graphic card have been damaged, and im planning to change new one, when changing, i need to uninstall my old graphic from "Device Manager"?

Yes.. Uninstall old drivers.
