i think your gonna need to upgrade your CPU and PSU. 650w and a AMD FX 6-Core Black Edition FX-6100. That should be enough 
make sure your MoBo has the right socket for the FX-6100. And you should be set to buy a 650.

yes , your psu is enough , i have MSI 650 gtx OC and my PSU is 330w
but i think your CPU is a bit weak

This build looks like it was from a commercial dealer. Usually they don't have extra PSU cables thats what i just assumed. Good luck !
