Does Brand/Manufacturer also affect the output display of videocards? which is better among the gpu manufacturers palit?zotac?evga?

Sometimes, it depends if it's an overclocked version of the card your buying & how extreme that overclock is. But at the same speed cards of the same GPU architecture will perform identically.

Of the three you mention, EVGA is probably the most well thought of for it's build quality & warranty service. Then Zotac & Palit. But this can often be subjective.

EVGA, MSI, ASUS & GIGABYTE are probably the most used brands for Nvidia cards.

Sapphire, ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE & XFX are probably the most used brands for AMD cards.

This isn't to say the other brands not mentioned are bad.

Some tings to look for in a GPU:
Price, cooling solution i.e cooler type (dual fan), warranty, out the box overclock, size, potential overclock ability...
