The motherboard supports the current interface standard, so any PCI-E graphics card will fit.

P5KPL-AM/PS
Expansion Slots
1 x PCIe x16
1 x PCIe x1
2 x PCI

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5KPLAMPS/specificatio...

However without knowing what power supply you have, to power the card, it's hard to give adequate advice.

If power is an issue, the AMD 7750 (ddr5) or faster GTX 750 are probably the best performing for as little as 55 Watts, which will usually work on most generic 300W PSU's, but depending on quality, so no guarantee.

Sir I Have SMPS 230V AC Power Supply
How Much Power I Need Exactly?
And Then AMD 7750 (ddr5) And GTX 750 Good For Me?

That's the mains wall socket specification of transferring the power to the PSU, not the PSU model/name.

Need to know the make & model number which should be on the label, found on the side of the PSU itself(will need to open tee case & look). Or if the PC is pre-built by Dell, maybe a system model number. In order to find out how many Amps it has on the 12v rail max. combined.

A system with an AMD 7750 = 16 Amps GTX 750 = 20 Amps. So you need this or greater on the 12v rail.
