PCIe Graphics Cards Question

Hi! I've recently been looking into buying a Radeon R9 280x. Sadly my budget is only £200 and so I was looking around for offers or deals.

I had a look on amazon and came across this, which seems to be substantially cheaper than the other cards of the same name. However the only difference I can see is that the other cards don't mention PCIe in their title. Is there any difference or is this just me being dumb.

Card I am talking about: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00FSC5N66/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?qid=1404297994&sr=8-3&pi=SX200_QL40

An example of 'the same' card: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00GP6JIEC/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1404299258&sr=8-2&pi=SX200_QL40

Also, is there any difference between brands? For example there is a Gigabyte version of this card and a Sapphire one that I know of, although I'm sure there are many more.

Thanks!
Harrie

Hi Harrie ,
the radeon 280x , no matter what card is pcie
go with the cheapest the xfx will be fine , my personal preference is the gigabyte version for its windforce cooling , it is affordable and has great heat dissipation

I think I'll get the wind force then, I have heard good things about that cooling system. I'll upgrade my case cooling in that case (pun not intended) as I've heard that a lot of the air is pushed into the case by the windforce.
