the "beep" you are referring to is what is known as a POST (power on self test). Different numbers of beeps mean different things. If you aren't even getting to that point, that's not good. Problem is, it could be any number of things. I'm assuming you're working with a desktop. You're going to need to provide us with a little more information if you can.

What are your computers specifications to begin with?
processor, ram, operating system (64/32bit?), hdd, graphics card, ect. The more you can tell us the better.

As i said, im new to this stuff so here's my specs (i believe)
An asus motherboard
2 gb ram
Nvidia geforce graphics card
And windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
Sorry if i can't provide better informations, it is because i can't open my computer to check it

This reminds me of a little funny episode when I still barely knew anything about computers. As you may or may not know, ddr3 rams are not physically compatible with ddr2 slots. Don't ask how, but I managed to stick them in with a lot of forcing and pushing...

I ended up like you are right now, no beeps, no response from pc, nothing...
Might it be that you have some pieces incompatible with each other? Like, perhaps, ram sticks of a frequency not supported by your mobo?

Edit: and of course I type so slow from mobile that I miss the latest information. If it worked up until now, my suggestion is probably useless...

I think everything's compatible because it managed to worl for half a year without a problem.my friend also told me that a loose ram stick or video card might be the problem but i dont know where the video card is.

No beeps, as far as I know, mean there's either no power, a loose card or a short-circuit. Check for anything featuring any kind of connector and see that it's firmly and correctly connected. Watch out for static electricity when doing so, as you may inadvertently fry some of the smaller components you may touch.

What connector ? Can you tell me where can i locate that?

Any connector. That means every cable you may find inside your computer's case connected to anything except the CDRom drive, if you have one.

And also, check for all those things similar to the ram sockets. You're looking for medium-long series of tiny little golden points, all very close to each other. Ram sticks have a lot of these points, separated by a little empty space, for reference. I honestly don't know how I could describe them more simply than this, so I'm sorry if it's still unclear...

I think i diagnosed the problem ,when i removed my ram stick it started to beep but in 3 consecutive beeps
EDIT : i finally managed to make the computer go into post and beeped once meaning it started but after that, a short beep comes along
