Here's one proposal.

Intel i7 4770k as CPU
AMD R9 290X or Nvidia 780ti as GPU
Corsair/Cooler master 650W PSU
Asus Z87 pro as Mobo
Corsair Vengence 1600Mhz 16GB as Ram.
Cooler Master Tower ITX form factor.

Total cost=1500$(approx)

I was thinking about something simular.

i7 4770k
asus z97 pro mobo
16gb vengence pro ram
EVGA GTX 770
EVGA 750w PSU
Noctua NH-D14
120GB hyperx ssd

and use existing case and HDD

What do u think

Fair enough. But DO use a HDD with >5400RPMS. I know people are crazy about SSD's and stuff, but price wise, it just can't beat a HDD. For 1 thing, A Vengence pro, while better as advertised would be utterly wasted. In all cases you'd be giving money for nothing. General recommendation for RAM is 1333Mhz. So a vengence would do fine. And 770, though a good card can't beat a 280X in price/performance. Still if sky is your limit, then stick to a R9 290X or even better a 780ti. It would future proof by no end.
